1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SurveyBoss.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. Survey Boss may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in surveys, rewards programs, or partner offers available through SurveyBoss.com. Survey Boss does not knowingly permit participation by individuals under the age of 13. By registering or participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Surveys, Rewards, and Incentives

Survey Boss may offer users points, sweepstakes entries, travel incentives, gift cards, or other rewards in exchange for completing surveys or engaging with partner offers. Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated and may be subject to expiration, modification, or cancellation at the Company’s discretion.

4. User Information and Communications

Participation in surveys may require you to provide personal or demographic information. By using SurveyBoss.com, you acknowledge that information you provide may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including to deliver rewards, improve services, and connect you with relevant offers. You may receive communications by email, phone, or SMS consistent with the consent you provide.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use bots, automation, VPN masking, multiple accounts, or fraudulent means to manipulate participation, surveys, or rewards. Survey Boss reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited or fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survey Boss and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Survey Boss and their respective officers, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

8. Arbitration and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to participate in class actions. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court where applicable. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States.

9. Partner and Advertiser Disclaimer

Survey Boss does not endorse or guarantee third-party products, services, or offers. Interactions with partners or advertisers are governed by their respective terms. Survey Boss is not responsible for losses arising from such interactions.

10. Force Majeure

Survey Boss shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, or technical failures.

11. DMCA Policy

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to support@surveyboss.com.

12. Acceptable Use and Termination

Users may not exploit surveys, manipulate rewards, or interfere with platform integrity. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, or forfeiture of rewards.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Survey Boss. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
